Our system is recognized as the most comprehensive solution for compensation management, helping companies increase HR productivity and employee retention through fair and strategic salary management. With specialized technology, we ensure automated processes, standardized salary policies, and real-time analytical insights for managers and HR teams. We are responsible for evolving and maintaining the solutions currently in the market. Our work includes bug fixes, performance improvements, integrations, and system adaptations. Our squads consist of multidisciplinary professionals such as Product Owners, Developers, and QAs, and we apply agile methodologies. Join us to make a difference and help build the best people management solution! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Develop and implement high-quality software solutions using best practices in software engineering. Actively participate in the analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment of systems. Collaborate with the development team in identifying and resolving complex problems. Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures. Provide technical support and maintenance for production systems. Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** Experience in software development using Java; Knowledge of front-end software development with Angular 2+; Experience with databases; Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Data); Knowledge of Microservices architecture; Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; **WHAT COULD ENHANCE YOUR CANDIDACY:** Experience developing features using AI; Knowledge of microservices and container architectures (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with relational and non-relational databases. Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
