Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Back-End systems, ensuring best practices and enhancing user experience. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the development of new features and optimization of resources. 2. Support in defining technologies and standards, promoting agile culture. 3. Ensuring secure development practices and data protection. Description: TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: * Minimum 2 years of experience in system development; * Experience with C\#, .Net, Genexus, Python, and Databases (preferably SQL Server, Postgre); * Proficiency in Software Engineering best practices (Clean Architecture, SOLID, Clean Code); * Experience with APIs and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP); * Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design. BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: * Business focus; * Continuous learning; * Proactive attitude. * Developing new features, updates, and optimizing resources in Back-End applications using the company's common technologies, frameworks, and libraries; * Supporting requirement gathering with clients, as well as identifying the most suitable technologies for existing demands; * Performing deployment of new versions to ensure application functionality; * Improving application performance and scalability to enhance user experience or optimize resources; * Participating in the entire development lifecycle—from architecture design through production system maintenance and debugging; * Ensuring best development practices by participating in project definition, code reviews, testing, maintenance, and preparation of technical and functional documentation; * Guaranteeing secure development practices to protect data; * Designing database structures (relational and non-relational) and architectures for use in applications; * Diagnosing and debugging system errors; * Providing support to the development team; * Supporting the definition of technologies, techniques, and standards to be followed in the company's Systems Development area; * Promoting agile culture and multidisciplinary teamwork. 2511140202461164681
