Work on automation and custom dashboards in Zoho Analytics **About the role:** We are looking for a Zoho-specialized Developer to work on the development, customization, and integration of Zoho solutions (CRM, Desk, Creator, Flow, Analytics, etc.). This person will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring efficient automations, user-friendly interfaces, and robust integrations with other systems. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and customize modules, fields, workflows, and functions in Zoho CRM and other applications on the platform. * Create and optimize scripts in **Deluge** and APIs for integrations with other systems (Salesforce, Monday, ERPs, etc.). * Implement automation and custom dashboards in Zoho Analytics. * Ensure quality, security, and performance of delivered solutions. * Collaborate with business teams to understand and translate needs into practical solutions. * Document processes, configurations, and customizations performed. ### **Requirements** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in development and customization on the Zoho platform. * Proficiency in **Deluge Script**. * Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations. * Experience in process automation within Zoho. * Knowledge of databases and data modeling. * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Desirable:** * Zoho certifications (CRM, Creator, Flow, etc.). * Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for interface customization. * Familiarity with other CRM or customer support platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.).
