**FISH INDUSTRY COMPANY LOCATED IN NAVEGANTES HIRING:** **MACHINE ROOM OPERATOR** **Responsibilities:** · Operation of compressors, pumps, and refrigeration systems. · Monitor control panels, checking temperature, pressure, humidity, and fluid levels. · Start, stop, and adjust parameters of compressors, motors, pumping systems, and refrigeration installations (e.g., ammonia and freon). · Perform daily check\-lists, lubrication, condenser cleaning, and support the maintenance team in repairs. · Complete production reports, anomaly logs, and consumption records to ensure process traceability and efficiency. **Requirements:** · Reside in Navegantes (SC). · Own means of transportation. · Relevant work experience. · Completed high school education. · NR\-13 training certificate (preferred). · Attention to detail and quick logical reasoning for problem solving. · Availability to work night shifts (12 x 36 schedule). **We offer:** · Competitive salary. · Hazardous work allowance. · Meal benefit.
