Conduct field inspections focusing on behavioral and safe working conditions; document deviations and support action plans. Conduct onboarding of third parties (and/or SSMA onboarding), reinforcing rules, risks, and preventive guidance. Lead DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues) and awareness activities with departments. Deliver/organize specific trainings (as per schedule and operational needs). Support CIPA setup/routines (committee, minutes, elections/call notices where applicable). Distribute and control PPE, providing usage, storage, and replacement guidance.
