Job Summary: Backend Java/Spring Boot Developer to work on AI-driven technology transformation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features and ensure high-quality deliveries. As a Developer, you will work on backend Java/Spring Boot development for an iOS (iPad) application in secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, integrate with APIs, and design caching mechanisms following software best practices—ensuring high-quality deliveries aligned with team and client expectations. Your expertise will support technical decision-making, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Technical experience in Java/Spring Boot development. Serving as a reference for day-to-day technical decisions, proposing improvements and scalable solutions. Integrating with secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments. Building BFF/microservices architectures for execution on Kubernetes (EKS). Building CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure and traceable releases. Ensuring full observability (logs, metrics, alerts). Communicating technical implementations clearly and collaboratively with the team. Technologies and Environment: Cloud: AWS (primary), Azure (occasional) Platform: EKS, API Management, ECS, Lambdas, Storage, Queues Data: PostgreSQL, Oracle, Couchbase Integrations & Security: APIs, EntraID, ForgeRock DevOps: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code Observability: Dynatrace Requirements and Qualifications: Mandatory Requirements: Experience as a Java/Spring Boot Developer. Knowledge of Python. Knowledge of AWS Cloud (Lambdas/SQS/EKS). Mature, collaborative, and quality-oriented technical leadership. Ability to influence technical decisions and elevate team capability. Strong communication skills. Mindset of continuous improvement and focus on operational reliability. Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with offline-first applications (caching/synchronization). Experience with caching solutions (e.g., Redis and similar). Experience in enterprise and governed environments. Work with API-driven and microservices-based architectures. Experience with AI-powered solutions. Experience in interpersonal communication with clients’ technical leadership. Desirable Knowledge: Advanced data security practices.
