Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are we looking for?** We seek an organized, committed, and responsive professional with solid IT infrastructure knowledge. If you enjoy challenges, possess an analytical mindset, and seek a dynamic environment to develop your skills, this opportunity is for you! **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Providing post Go\-Live system support and maintenance, ensuring a seamless user experience. * Performing access provisioning and deprovisioning, as well as analyzing and resolving mass incidents. * Conducting troubleshooting to fix failures and coordinating crisis rooms with multidisciplinary teams. * Monitoring and resolving alerts generated by the **Zabbix** system, ensuring high availability and performance of the environment. * Applying **deploys** in **QA** and **PRD** environments, ensuring system integrity and stability. * Delivering differentiated support to **VIP** stakeholders (management, executive board, and presidency), guaranteeing agile and efficient assistance. * Participating in an **on-call rotation** with the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Knowledge in:** IT infrastructure, including: * Clusters, Virtual Machines (VMs), and Windows Server * Administration and support of critical IT environments * System performance monitoring and analysis **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with healthcare systems **Tasy** and **Benner** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30 in Curitiba \- PR **NOTE:** Hey!
