This professional will work collaboratively with business and development teams, directly contributing to the delivery of effective solutions aligned with user needs. **Job Details** Work Model: Flexible On-site in Curitiba/PR Hiring: PJ or Cooperative \+ TotalPass \+ Alura Working Hours: Business hours **Responsibilities** * Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders; * Analyze and map business processes, proposing improvements and ERP-aligned solutions; * Produce artifacts such as specification documents, user stories, use cases, and flowcharts; * Facilitate communication between technical and business areas; * Track the requirements lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with deliverables; * Support software validation and acceptance activities. **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior experience as a Requirements Analyst (\+2 years); * Experience with ERP systems; * Knowledge of requirements elicitation and analysis techniques; * Experience in agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban); * Strong communication skills, organization, and ability to negotiate across diverse departments. **Nice-to-Have** * Knowledge of SQL and data analysis to support requirement definition; * Experience with modeling tools (BPMN, UML); * Experience in the construction industry; * Certification in requirements analysis (IREB, CPRE, BABOK, etc.) or as a Product Owner; * Familiarity with tools such as Clickup.
