What we seek:
* Bachelor's degree or teaching certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
* Specialization in Education/Teaching and/or IT-related technical areas;
* Master's and/or Doctoral degrees will be considered advantageous;
* Solid knowledge of didactics and teaching methodologies, especially active learning methodologies;
* Experience and profile suitable for working with youth and adults;
* Experience in vocational and technological education (technical and/or technological courses);
* Knowledge of inclusive education and its practical application;
* Innovative profile aligned with the institution's pedagogical proposal;
* Availability to work during evening hours.
Here’s what you’ll do:
* Focus on implementing the pedagogical proposal, emphasizing facilitation of the learning process in technological environments;
* Develop, plan, and execute the course syllabus, delivering the scheduled number of classes;
* Continuously stimulate students’ interest in studying, reflecting upon, and seeking new knowledge in the field of Information Technology;
* Encourage use of the course’s bibliographic materials by guiding students to consult books, journals, and digital resources available in the library, fostering critical and reflective learning;
* Provide mediation regarding taught content and applied technological practices;
* Address and guide student questions and doubts via the online platform;
* Analyze information concerning students’ academic daily life and monitor their development;
* Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar, as well as requirements set forth by the respective course coordinator;
* Apply active learning methodologies and the flipped classroom model when delivering classes;
* Develop innovative pedagogical practices appropriate for youth and adults;
* Apply principles of inclusive education in planning and delivering instructional activities;
* Integrate vocational and technological education practices into the delivered content.
