Job Summary: Urbia Cataratas S/A is seeking an Engineering Analyst for its team in Foz do Iguaçu, responsible for analyzing and organizing projects, budgets, and documentation within the supply chain. Collaborate in an environment that values diversity and inclusion. **URBIA CATARATAS S/A**, the concessionaire responsible for managing tourism operations at Iguaçu National Park—which hosts the Iguaçu Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World in Foz do Iguaçu/PR—is seeking an **ENGINEERING ANALYST** to join our **ENGINEERING** team. All our positions are affirmative—we believe in each individual's potential and foster an environment where everyone can grow and contribute. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Organize, attend meetings, record requirements, and plan interfaces related to the supply chain and procurement and acquisition processes; * Review projects and analyze and quantify projects, proposals, and supply chain processes; * Assist in monitoring contractor budgets and technical service reports; * Analyze measurements and documentation of service contracts, material supply contracts, and indirect labor contracts; * Analyze documents, unit cost compositions, quantities, and other materials related to procurement processes; * Prepare control, monitoring, and performance indicator reports; * Develop concise data presentations for processes under your responsibility; * Draft technical reports following the concessionaire’s template; * Organize internal files and documents according to system requirements and regulations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering** (recent graduate or junior level); * Proficiency in the **MS Office Suite**; * Familiarity with **CAD software**; * **Adaptability** to new environments and challenges; * Ability to learn quickly; * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills; * Discipline and organization in carrying out tasks; * Good communication and sociability. **BENEFITS:** * Meals provided at the workplace; * Funeral assistance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher; * Employee Recognition Program; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Complimentary access and employee discounts; * Life insurance.
