Job Summary: The Young Apprentice Program aims at social inclusion and professional qualification, combining theoretical and practical training in customer service and organization. Development of skills and teamwork The Young Apprentice Program is based on Law 10\.097, whose objective is to promote social inclusion through professional qualification. The contract is established in partnership with social institutions accredited by INEC and may last up to two years. During this period, the apprentice receives training at the accredited training institution and at the workplace, combining theoretical and practical learning.
