While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore openings posted under both Bunge and Viterra. **Activities and Responsibilities**: * Train, guide, and supervise Packaging Operators I, II, and III on operational demands. * Suggest improvements in packaging operations, aiming at product quality and brand competitiveness in the market. * Perform bulk flour, big bag, domestic, premix, and packaged and bulk meal packaging activities according to daily schedules and product technical specifications. * Monitor compliance with packaging indicators (OE, Technical List, Overweight, Adherence, etc.), and in cases of deviations, analyze, define, and execute corrective actions. * Ensure proper and accurate functioning of date coders on production lines, guaranteeing information printed on product packaging. * Evaluate, adjust, and operate packaging machinery and equipment to ensure maximum productivity. * Perform technical activities to improve flour and meal packaging processes using specific tools, internal programs, and various projects. * Contribute to the development and analysis of departmental indicators, as well as the creation and execution of action plans for results falling below targets. * Support the implementation of BMOS practices at the site, aiming for operational excellence and increased market competitiveness. * Attend and respond to internal and external audits conducted at the facility. * Comply with Occupational Safety procedures by participating in safety talks and training, using PPE, properly handling machines and equipment, among others. * Comply with Environmental and Quality standards and procedures, respecting and following established standards and/or technical regulations. * Fulfill responsibilities within the food quality and safety management system, meeting requirements, attending trainings, reporting observed issues, and complying with Good Manufacturing, Transport, and Storage Practices, 5S, operational procedures, and management system guidelines. * Understand and support the food quality and safety policy, as well as established KPIs. * Actively participate, if the employee is part of the Food Safety Team (FST), in meetings, HACCP study reviews, trainings, and other defined responsibilities, while also complying with and encouraging other employees to follow all food safety practices. * Monitor, if acting as a CCP or PRP controller, as planned; in case of deviation, immediately notify leadership and ensure immediate corrective actions are taken. * Follow the defined protocol and remain independent during the process, not reporting directly to immediate supervisor, if responsible for collecting products for GMP+ scope analyses. * Utilize data from online quality parameter meters; where such availability does not exist, collect representative samples for laboratory analysis, ensuring results assist in process control and improvement, as well as product quality.
