Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for planning, controlling, and managing teams for preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, ensuring equipment availability. Participation in continuous improvement projects in maintenance. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 Hours per Week **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Willingness to work at a farm located within a radius of 60 km to 100 km from Luís Eduardo Magalhães\| BA.** * Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery, automobiles, and related equipment; * Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators; * Prepare managerial reports on maintenance activities; * Ensure equipment and machinery availability for production; * Manage maintenance teams; * Participate in continuous improvement projects in the maintenance area; * Maintain contact with parts and maintenance service suppliers; * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the maintenance area. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Experience in the maintenance field; * Knowledge of planning and control of preventive and corrective maintenance; * Knowledge of maintenance team management; * Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations; * Willingness to work rotating shifts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical courses in the maintenance field. * Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Benefits:** Accommodation, Medical Assistance, Mobility Allowance, Birthday Day Off, Profit Sharing Program \- PPR, On-site Meals, Life Insurance
