Professional Experience: Experience in activities related to local and remote support via remote connection tools (installation, configuration, and maintenance) for Windows operating systems 7, 8, 10 or later, Microsoft Office versions 2016 and 365 or later, and software required for performing job-related tasks, including microcomputer maintenance. * Replace and relocate modules and equipment as required and per prior planning; * Replace consumables and perform general equipment maintenance (e.g., microcomputers, laser printers); * Perform minor repairs on service components provided to users (equipment, systems, technical/regulatory documentation, etc.); * Install and configure software on microcomputers and users' mobile devices; * Develop scripts and packages or perform software installations. * Generate and deploy computer images; * Activate, test, and deactivate network ports and general IT equipment; * Perform network cabling services using twisted-pair cable rated for 10/100 Mbps, adhering to the established connectorization standard; * Perform backup execution and restoration, as well as routine periodic procedures; * Prepare configuration and operation instructions for equipment and software; * Contact users to obtain additional details regarding requests not fully described during the initial contact, aiming to resolve the issue; * Provide guidance and tips on using features and functionalities available in basic software, applications, information systems, and general equipment; * Install and configure printers using the TCP/IP protocol; * Monitor various IT vendors through tickets, e\-mail, telephone, and in-person meetings; * Manage asset inventory; * Provide support for fixed and mobile telephony; * Document performed activities; * Clarify customer doubts regarding configuration, installation, operation, and maintenance of computer equipment and components; * Perform other related tasks. 2511280202191044284
