Our purpose is to promote quality of life through humane and ethical care, with a focus on customer experience. **Join us in building this mission and become part of a team that cares for people.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support accounting and tax routines (journal entries, verifications, reconciliations, and interface with external accounting); * Enter and classify data into the accounting system; * Support integration of information across systems (Benner Saúde and Benner ERP); * Organize and provide documents for audits and regulatory agencies; * Maintain updated legal, corporate, and contractual documentation; * Support compliance with legal, regulatory, and ancillary obligations; * Support preparation of administrative, accounting, and managerial reports; * Interface with suppliers, accounting firms, law firms, and external agencies; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and organization of physical and digital files. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. * Experience in accounting reconciliations, account analysis, and verification. * Knowledge of accounting routines, journal entries, closings, and balance control. * Analytical, organized profile, detail-oriented, autonomous, and possessing strong communication skills for interaction with involved departments. **Additional Information** **Why join our team?** We are a company committed to putting our culture and values into practice.
