




**Job Summary** Responsible for supporting operational and administrative activities within the ***Back Office*** department, ensuring assistance in material dispatch routines, spreadsheet control, and logistical support. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers; Quality Control: Ensure excellence and accuracy in tasks. * Check emails and provide appropriate responses. * **Process Management**: Supervise and optimize workflow processes. * **Document Review**: Verify document accuracy and compliance. * **Operational Support**: Provide assistance and resources for operations. * Collaborate with the operations team to align strategies. * Submit requests to promoters (surveys, inventory checks, and photos – contracted requirements), primarily via telephone contact. * Communication and Cooperation: Facilitate information exchange and collaboration among teams and others. **Requirements** * High school education in progress or completed. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Proactivity and attention to detail. **Desired Competencies** * Teamwork * Responsibility and commitment * Ability to follow procedures * Interest in learning and professional development Job Type: Part-time, Apprenticeship Compensation: R$6.90 per day Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Transportation allowance
