




Responsible for assisting in the development and execution of the company's strategic and operational plans. Conducts data analyses, prepares reports, and contributes to continuous process improvement. Will operate at an intermediate level, possessing experience and technical knowledge to perform functions autonomously and efficiently in programming and controlling project/construction and commissioning deadlines, resources, and costs, consolidating indicators and reports for oversight, ensuring compliance with quality, time, and cost targets. * Participate in the creation and updating of the company's strategic and operational plans. * Perform data and indicator analyses to identify improvement opportunities. * Prepare managerial reports with relevant information for decision-making. * Contribute to the implementation of new processes and procedures. * Monitor activity and project performance, identifying deviations and proposing adjustments. * Collaborate with other company departments to ensure integration and alignment of plans. * Participate in meetings and presentations to share results and action proposals. * Stay updated on best practices in strategic planning and management. * Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization. * Apply project management techniques to ensure efficient execution of planned activities. * Structure WBS, schedules (MS Project/Primavera P6\), critical path, S-curves, histograms, and resource leveling. * Integrate scope, schedule, cost, and procurement; support lookahead and weekly work plans. * Consolidate physical progress, measurements, contractual milestones, and forecasts; control baseline and changes. * Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and EVM analyses (SPI, CPI). * Integrate testing/commissioning planning (ITRs, windows, pre\-requisites, punch list). * Support risk analysis and mitigation planning.
