




We are looking for a **creative, technical, and strategic Web Designer** to join Ascen’s team. This role requires an analytical, organized mind with strong aesthetic sensibility—capable of transforming concepts, offerings, and narratives into **high-conversion digital experiences**, delivering pages that connect brands, people, and results. The professional will be responsible for **planning, structuring, designing, and optimizing websites and landing pages** in WordPress + Elementor Pro, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and consistently delivering results in performance, speed, responsiveness, and user experience. We seek someone with a **broad perspective on digital construction**, who can combine creativity with strategy, align design with business objectives, structure pages with logical storytelling and conversion flow, and interpret navigation data to drive continuous improvement. It is essential to have **strong execution capability, a solid visual repertoire, and mastery of web design tools**, as well as the sensitivity to adapt communication, design, and technical structure to each client’s specific needs—whether for informational, commercial, institutional, or lead-generation pages. **Responsibilities:** * Planning, structuring, and developing websites and landing pages using WordPress + Elementor Pro. * Creating wireframes, prototypes, and layouts in **Figma**, ensuring visual organization and alignment with brand identity. * Ongoing collaboration with the design team to ensure visual consistency, user experience, and alignment between layout (Figma) and implementation (Elementor). * Configuring hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and professional email accounts when required. * Integrating Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Hotjar, forms, webhooks, and APIs. * Technical performance optimization: speed, compression, plugin organization, caching, and responsiveness. * Ongoing adjustments, maintenance, and updates to existing websites and pages. * Developing mobile versions focused on experience, speed, and conversion. * Direct collaboration with Traffic, Sales, and Design teams to ensure alignment among campaigns, offers, and pages. * Producing simple reports and documentation of improvements for internal tracking and continuous evolution. * Benchmarking websites, visual trends, and high-conversion structures to provide references for the team and projects. * Communicating with hosting platforms for technical support, adjustments, and resolution of instabilities.
