Will you join us? **Job Location:** Livramento de Nossa Senhora - BA **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate warehouse teams of the B&Q Group; * Ensure inventory accuracy and material traceability; * Plan and implement storage, material handling, and distribution policies, ensuring prompt service delivery to field operations; * Interface with operational, procurement, and engineering departments to ensure efficient supply aligned with project and contract demands; * Supervise reverse logistics for materials and equipment, ensuring proper disposal and reuse in accordance with technical and environmental standards; * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001); * Conduct training and development for warehouse teams, promoting best practices in organization, cleanliness, and operational discipline (5S). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in warehouse coordination, preferably in energy companies; * Knowledge of inventory management/ERP systems; * Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards applicable to the electric power sector and logistics; * Skills in people management, team leadership, and assertive communication. **Benefits:** * Dental Plan (optional); * Meal Allowance; * Housing Assistance; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Psychological Support.
