An environment that values proactivity, teamwork, and a results-oriented focus. **Automotive Alignment Technician \- Pituba (BA)** We are looking for a dynamic **Automotive Alignment Technician** who combines technical excellence with commercial skills to join our unit in Pituba. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform wheel alignment and balancing services on passenger and utility vehicles. * Diagnose maintenance needs in suspension and braking systems. * Provide customer service by explaining required services (consultative/commercial approach). * Ensure prompt and high-quality service delivery. **Required Qualifications** * **Experience:** Proven experience in wheel alignment and balancing. * **Driver's License:** CNH Category B (mandatory). * **Location:** Fixed residence with easy access to **Pituba**. * **Education:** Completed high school (preferred). * **Advantage:** Technical courses in Mechanics or Wheel Alignment. * **Profile:** Proactivity, ability to work effectively in teams, and focus on results/goals. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.576,00 (minimum guaranteed) to R$ 4\.000,00 * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (paid in cash). * **Opportunity:** Potential for high earnings through productivity- and sales-based commissions. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00\. * Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00\. * **Note:** Full schedule availability is required.
