Ease of teamwork **Compensation:** R$1.576,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Job Description: **Automotive Wheel Alignment Technician - Pituba (BA)** We are seeking a dynamic **Automotive Wheel Alignment Technician**, combining technical excellence and commercial skills, to join our unit in Pituba. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform wheel alignment and balancing services on passenger cars and light utility vehicles. * Diagnose maintenance needs for suspension and brake systems. * Provide customer service, clearly explaining required services (consultative/commercial approach). * Ensure prompt and high-quality service delivery. **Required Qualifications** * **Experience:** Proven experience in wheel alignment and balancing. * **Driver's License:** Brazilian Category B license (mandatory). * **Location:** Fixed residence with easy access to **Pituba**. * **Education:** Completed high school (preferred). * **Advantage:** Technical courses in Mechanics or Wheel Alignment. * **Profile:** Proactivity, ease of teamwork, and focus on results/targets. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 1.576,00 (guaranteed minimum) to R$ 4.000,00 * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (paid in cash). * **Opportunity:** Potential for high earnings through productivity- and sales-based commissions. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. * **Note:** Full schedule availability is required.
