Provide customer service by explaining required services. **Compensation:** R$1\.576,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Job Description: **Automotive Alignment Technician \- Pituba (BA)** We are seeking a dynamic **Automotive Alignment Technician**, combining technical excellence and commercial ability to work at our Pituba unit. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform wheel alignment and balancing services on passenger cars and utility vehicles. * Diagnose maintenance needs for suspension and brake systems. * Provide customer service by explaining required services (consultative/commercial profile). * Ensure speed and quality in service delivery. **Required Qualifications** * **Experience:** Proven experience in wheel alignment and balancing. * **Driver's License:** CNH Category B (mandatory). * **Location:** Permanent residence with easy access to **Pituba**. * **Education:** Completed high school (preferred). * **Advantage:** Technical courses in Mechanics or Alignment. * **Profile:** Proactivity, ability to work in teams, and focus on results/goals. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.576,00 (guaranteed minimum) to R$ 4\.000,00 * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (paid in cash). * **Opportunity:** Potential for high earnings through productivity and sales commissions. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00\. * Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00\. * **Note:** Full schedule availability is required.
