ASSISTANT OPERATIONAL UNIT MANAGER I

In Brazil, we are 47,000 talents building a purpose-driven future.** We are seeking a professional to support unit management, ensuring the execution of contracted services in the food segment, with attention to quality, safety, and achievement of operational targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the Unit Manager to develop action plans, devise strategies, and create and implement innovative initiatives to optimize unit performance; * Monitor all qualitative and quantitative results of the unit and/or processes under your responsibility, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and improve unit profitability; * Support the Unit Manager in the technical and behavioral development of team members, overseeing onboarding, providing accurate daily task direction, establishing clear two-way communication, and promoting all aspects of health and safety; * Analyze inventory levels and prepare purchase orders for unit supplies; * Assist in analyzing daily costs, data entry, and generation and analysis of managerial/financial reports for your unit; * Work within a large-scale corporate operation with an average daily volume of 1,600 meals. **Main Requirements:** * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Valid driver's license (CNH); * Personal vehicle. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in UAN Management and/or Sanitary Surveillance is a plus; **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, with occasional weekend and/or holiday assignments. **Benefits that Care for You Entirely** At our company, we believe that working well means living well.
