Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Generate **pay slips and financial statements** to meet legal requirements. * Issue and organize **employee registration documents**, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information. * Generate **payroll-derived documents**, such as salary histories, employment records, and other requested documentation. * **Act as a labor legal representative (preposto)** in initial, single, and evidentiary hearings, representing the institution and providing necessary clarifications within labor litigation proceedings. * Issue **invitation letters for appointment as legal representative (preposto)**, ensuring formal designation of the company’s representative for labor hearings. * Prepare **labor-related reports and information summaries** to support Human Resources and Legal departments. * Conduct **data collection and labor risk calculation**, supporting strategic analysis by the Legal department. * Issue **guides related to labor litigation proceedings**, as required by judicial authorities. * Manage **labor expert appraisals**, monitoring deadlines, document requests, and required information to fulfill appraisal obligations. * Manage **labor hearings**, organizing schedules, deadlines, and required documents to support the Legal department. * Organize and provide **documentation required for labor litigation proceedings**, ensuring compliance with judicial deadlines. * Maintain **control and archiving of physical and digital documents** related to labor litigation. * Support **analysis and verification of labor-related information** associated with judicial proceedings. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Completed high school; completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields**. * Prior experience in **Human Resources Department**, preferably with focus on **labor litigation or labor legal support**. * Knowledge of **payroll routines, labor legislation, and social charges**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel (intermediate level)** for report preparation and data analysis. * Experience with **payroll and HR management systems** (RM TOTVS). * Familiarity with **labor documentation and judicial proceedings**. * **Experience acting as a labor legal representative (preposto) in initial, single, and evidentiary hearings.** ******Behavioral Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and critical thinking. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proactivity and responsibility in meeting deadlines. * Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and maintain confidentiality of information. **Additional Information** Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) Benefits: Transportation allowance (VT), Meal voucher (TR), Health Club, and Benefits Club *Permanent position* Founded on February 21, 1937, by Professor José Silveira, the José Silveira Foundation (FJS) has expanded its mission through sustainable growth, anchored in strategic planning and focused on achieving optimal results.
