Description

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in the receipt, inspection, storage, and control of materials, organizing inventory and distributing items to technicians, as well as conducting audits. Continuous improvement of inventory control processes Responsible for assisting and executing the receipt, inspection, and storage of materials, equipment, cleaning supplies, and office supplies; organizing and controlling inventory through weekly systematic inspections; distributing materials and equipment to technicians and/or authorized service providers; performing transfers; inspecting and auditing technicians’ and authorized service providers’ inventories. * Receive, inspect, and store materials and equipment, defining minimum and maximum stock levels for each item in the system to ensure departmental control and organization; * Conduct periodic physical inventory counts, comparing results with the computerized system and identifying possible discrepancies; * Assist in managing fixed assets to ensure smooth company operations and market demand fulfillment without losses; * Assign company-specific product identification codes to enable precise tracking of each purchased item; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to facilitate item location and ensure workplace safety; * Restock and inspect technicians’ and authorized service providers’ inventories by verifying service orders, contracts, and loan agreements to achieve greater inventory control; * Assist in conducting weekly physical inventory counts and issue non-conformance reports to improve departmental management; * Assist during loading and unloading of materials and equipment to prevent damage to goods; * Follow company safety regulations and procedures to safeguard personnel and assets; * Provide customer service and perform other related professional duties inherent to the position, as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor; * Contribute to continuous improvement of inventory control processes by suggesting ideas and solutions.
