Responsible for operating the production line, complying with all production procedures, and executing the production schedule for their shift. Handles the movement of raw materials used during the shift, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, as well as verifying and controlling the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintains the factory clean and organized, both internally and externally, promoting a Housekeeping culture among shift personnel. Also responsible for cleaning equipment and work areas, organizing team tasks during the shift. Monitors the product process, keeping operations within established parameters, observing and monitoring the entire production line’s operation, detecting and reporting deviations, and correcting them when possible. Performs machine setup, possesses knowledge of raw material weighing, and records and controls each weighing. Is qualified to operate various production lines with expertise, agility, and precision in processes, as well as controlling granulometry and calibration of the finished product scale. Collects samples for quality control and directly participates in organizational improvements within the department together with Process Engineering. Participates in adjusting instructions and procedures with Engineering and Production Management, performs duties without requiring constant supervision, and demonstrates ease in training and qualifying other operators.
