Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling access, safeguarding institutional assets, maintaining order, handling incidents, and ensuring security. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: · Control the entry and exit of students, staff, visitors, or institutional property; · Identify and guide individuals, directing them to desired and authorized locations. · Patrol the area under their responsibility, attentively monitoring for potential abnormalities in service routines and environmental conditions; · Safeguard the institution's physical assets. · Take necessary measures to prevent damage, based on observed circumstances and exercising the authority granted to them. · Provide information enabling disciplinary action against offenders and restoration of normalcy; · Document occurrences of abnormalities. Assist in preventing fires, thefts, and other incidents · Contact police in cases of vandalism or unauthorized intrusion; · Prevent unauthorized individuals from obstructing the institution's entrance; · Maintain order within the institution; · Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment.
