Collaborate with the Supervisor to develop the customer portfolio for prospecting analysis, aiming to acquire new customers. Engage customers remotely and through in-person visits, offering fertilizers, seeds, and agrochemicals. Evaluate crops regarding growth status, pest presence, and specific intervention needs, providing recommendations to customers. Manage the pre-defined direct-sales customer portfolio within the operational region by strategically positioning the product portfolio and correctly applying marketing tools. Assess the operational market, sales potential, and portfolio attractiveness relative to major market players. Monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring all communications and sales processes contain accurate information. Conduct visits to customers within the operational territory to identify needs, propose solutions, provide technical and commercial information, and negotiate to close new business deals. Conduct negotiations while adhering to the company’s credit policy to ensure secure sales. Increase sales among existing customers by listening to, identifying, and understanding customer/prospect needs to meet or exceed their expectations. Conduct negotiations and post-sales follow-ups. Requirements Minimum Education Completed undergraduate degree Other Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy Engineering or related fields; Strong expertise in Soybean and Corn Crop Management (Weeds, Diseases, Pests, Fertilization, Seeds, Agrochemicals), Commercialization, and Market Development; Willingness to travel; Valid driver’s license, Category B; Extensive experience driving on highways; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
