**WORK LOCATION: Ferbasa Ipueira – Andorinha\-BA** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed High School; * Technical courses in Administration, Quality, Environment, or Occupational Safety will be an advantage; * Experience in the field of Integrated Management Systems is desirable; * Knowledge of key management standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), understanding of management system concepts, PDCA cycle, and continuous improvement; and proficiency in MS\-Office suite. * Must reside in Andorinha – BA. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support in the Integrated Management System (IMS) area, executing and monitoring implementation and maintenance processes for certifications (quality, safety, and environment), focusing on development, distribution, and control of procedures and records; * Support business areas in meeting certification standards and requirements; * Control information on action plans for addressing non-conformities, incident investigations, and registered improvement opportunities within the system; * Deliver training sessions on awareness and use of IMS tools; * Assist in monitoring performance indicators; * Participate in area committee meetings, internal and external audits; * Assist in continuous improvement programs, such as CCQ (Quality Control Circle).
