




JOB DESCRIPTION Perform planning services for sheet metal, welding, and metal structure activities, complying with all necessary procedures established by the company. Responsibilities: Maintain department organization aiming to preserve a safe and pleasant work environment, facilitating task execution. Perform activities according to the company's safety standards and quality specifications, following the C3 standard. Carry out physical-financial monitoring of the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). Establish and prepare production schedules. Support measurement activities. Forecast production stoppages. Define contingency plans. Prepare schedules, histograms, and other planning documents. Update and monitor schedules, histograms, and other planning documents for projects. Perform critical analysis of the control panel (planned vs. actual and trend), from the perspective of physical progress, financial progress, and earned value analysis. Support project management regarding resources (human and material), scope fulfillment, deadlines, quality, procurement, cost, communications, and inherent project risks. Monitor contract management in various meetings. Issue control reports related to the execution team. Interface between planning and construction execution teams. VACANCY REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in the field. Education: Completed Technical School level. Preferably a technical course in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemistry, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Naval or Electromechanical Engineering (offered by an educational institution recognized by MEC); Desired knowledge: Preferably experienced with AutoCAD, Office Suite, specific planning software (SAP/R3); VACANCY BENEFITS As per local collective bargaining agreement.
