### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OF OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* Develop and deliver onboarding training to raise employee awareness regarding occupational safety matters; Complete the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) form for newly hired employees and prepare work orders (WO); Analyze documents related to reported incidents under contracts and register Work Accident Reports (CAT); Compile monthly data on incidents and training conducted under contracts to generate departmental performance indicators; Control and monitor occupational health and safety programs, tracking expiration dates via spreadsheets and computerized systems; Prepare PPP (Professional Occupational Profile), manage issuance of related documents, and oversee their delivery; Check CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) stability and accident records in the computerized system for termination requests, and inform operational areas and the HR department; Assess requirements for materials and supplies for the department and submit procurement requests via computerized system; Organize and archive documents related to occupational safety; Support occupational safety technicians conducting site inspections under contracts; Manage measurement equipment—including custody, lending, and monitoring calibration certificate validity—and arrange for recalibration when necessary; Attend and support monthly CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and Fire Brigade meetings; Control invoices and enter them into the system for payment processing (QSMS suppliers); Visit contract sites as needed to conduct training and safety inspections; Participate in and support the annual Internal Occupational Safety Week (SIPAT) at the office; Select and prepare documents for regulatory inspections, audits, and the Legal Department; Participate in implementation projects as required; Monitor fire-fighting equipment at the office and request recharging when necessary; Enter data into the computerized system for the Risk Management Program (PGR), incidents, CIPA processes, and stability records; Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completed technical high school diploma (Occupational Safety Technician). PREFERRED: Undergraduate studies in progress—Administration, Engineering, or related fields. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: 1 year.
