Recruitment and Selection Analyst - Movida (Salvador Unit) Main Responsibility: * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational positions, focusing on roles such as Counter Attendant, Yard/Fleet, and entry-level functions. Activities: * Salvador Unit, vehicle rental area * Availability for occasional travel in case of urgent demands * Interface with local managers to align candidate profiles and accelerate hiring * Resume screening, interviews, evaluations, and support during onboarding Vacancy and Demand Management * Gather job profile requirements from managers. * Open and publish vacancies on internal and external platforms. * Track open, ongoing, and closed vacancies. Candidate Screening and Selection * Screen resumes based on technical and behavioral fit. * Conduct interviews (in-person, online, or by phone). * Administer and evaluate technical and behavioral tests. Manager Relationship Management * Regularly update managers on process progress. * Support decision-making regarding final candidates. * Provide market feedback and suggest possible adjustments to job profiles.
