Receive clients, visitors, suppliers, and job candidates, directing them appropriately. Control personnel entry and exit, where applicable. Manage appointments, confirmations, and calendar organization. Receive, register, and forward documents, correspondence, and packages. Provide basic information about the company, services, and procedures. Support simple administrative tasks (filing, registrations, reports). Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing reception area. Ensure compliance with internal policies, professional conduct, and confidentiality of information. Previous experience as a Secretary, Telemarketing Agent, Customer Service Assistant, or Clinic Receptionist may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
