**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Control of physical and systemic inventory;
* Invoice processing: entries and exits (billing);
* Physical service order files;
* Purchasing;
* Preparation of reports and Excel spreadsheets.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Degree in Administration or related fields, or currently pursuing such a degree;
* Knowledge of administrative routines;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
* Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus;
* Strong command of Portuguese, especially written communication;
* Resilience, good communication skills, ability to work in teams, ownership mindset, analytical capability;
* Willingness to reside on a farm.
