A large-scale company is seeking an Executive Maintenance Manager. Responsible for leading the entire maintenance strategy for heavy and light fleets, ensuring high availability, reliability, and operational safety. Manages planning of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; oversees internal and external workshops; controls costs, contracts, and supplier performance. Requires in-depth technical knowledge in automotive maintenance, fleet management, KPI analysis, compliance, and telematics systems. Strategic and analytical behavioral profile, results-oriented, with assertive leadership, clear communication, strong decision-making ability, and skill in managing multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments. Willingness to relocate to Salvador/BA.
