Job Summary: Responsible for product discovery, validation, roadmap definition, and product monitoring—from conception through the entire lifecycle—with a focus on research and strategy. Key Highlights: 1. Product discovery and validation activities conducted jointly with UX 2. Definition and maintenance of the product roadmap 3. Product lifecycle planning and control Conduct product discovery activities in collaboration with UX, including persona creation, qualitative and quantitative research, market studies, business plans and models, framework development, and other techniques to identify opportunities and threats for new ideas and product modifications; Validate ideas jointly with UX by creating wireframes, prototypes, and MVPs prior to development; Define and maintain the product roadmap direction by developing feature specifications and prioritizing the backlog in alignment with the product vision; Evaluate improvement suggestions received for products and add them to the backlog when relevant; Collaborate with the development team to monitor sprint progress, clarify specifications, and validate deliverables; Provide internal support by sharing product-related knowledge to assist requesting departments and inform managerial decisions; Deliver training sessions and produce explanatory content about products prior to market launch; Plan and control the product lifecycle—from launch through potential retirement; Measure and monitor product performance indicators. **Benefits:** * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance: **R$100.00** (monthly); * Food allowance: **R$44.10** (per working day); * SulAmérica health insurance (co-payment); * SulAmérica dental insurance; * Remote work allowance: **R$52.50** (monthly); * Life insurance; * Gympass; * Zenklub. **Additional Information:** CLT employment regime, 44-hour weekly schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
