Strategic decision support and cost reduction **Position: Financial Analyst \- Luís Eduardo Magalhães/BA** \#1077 **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement); * Monitor financial and performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks, variances, and improvement opportunities; * Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and scenarios; * Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support executive leadership; * Conduct cost, profitability, and margin analyses by product, customer, or project; * Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements; * Support decisions related to investments, cost reduction, and expansion; * Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Controller departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations; * Analyze financial impacts of tax or operational changes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Prior experience in finance; * Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, costing, and performance indicators; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or advanced level); * On-site work required in Luís Eduardo Magalhães/BA.
