Job Summary: The Land Regularization Developer will strategically coordinate with government agencies to accelerate land regularization processes, enable land donations, and remove bureaucratic bottlenecks. We are seeking a Land Regularization Developer who will strategically coordinate with government agencies—with primary focus on the Superintendence of Agrarian Development (SDA) and other relevant bodies—to accelerate land regularization processes, enable land donations, and remove bureaucratic bottlenecks impacting organizational operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map and maintain ongoing relationships with influencers and decision-makers in land-related and governmental agencies. * Conduct technical monitoring of regularization processes—from filing through title issuance—and proactively resolve pending issues. * Organize and validate documentation required for land donation and usage concession processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation. * Prepare legal opinions on changes to land regularization legislation and their potential impacts (risks or opportunities) on company projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in land regularization and administrative land processes. * Thorough knowledge of Brazilian agrarian legislation and regulations issued by the Superintendence of Agrarian Development. * Familiarity with procedures at real estate registry offices and georeferencing practices. * Desirable: Active professional network (networking) within state-level agencies—either land-related or otherwise. * Desirable: Prior experience working in public agencies is considered a strong asset. **Additional Information** Benefits for You * Competitive benefits package; * Opportunities for learning and development.
