That is why we constantly seek new talents ready to make a difference alongside us. #### **Responsibilities and duties:** * Ensure implementation of operational planning; * Coordinate, direct, and guide associates (Operational Assistants and Checkers); * Guarantee practice and dissemination of governance standards established for the department; * Support management weekly with HR-area indicators: Hours Bank, TCLT, and Atakaritmo; #### **Required qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Minimum six months’ experience in retail or logistics preferred; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Must reside in Vitória da Conquista.
