




Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability to assess situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, upright bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and walking throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, loading and unloading aircraft with baggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, inspecting and scanning the floor for fallen objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Monitor aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Verify and monitor baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client’s Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Sort baggage and cargo volumes in airport sorting areas by reading identification labels (with or without technological assistance), ensuring correct loading into storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for respective flights; * Load baggage and cargo into aircraft holds following norms and procedures outlined in the MGO, including special handling instructions (e.g., fragile, hazardous, live animals, perishable items); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels and place them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Sort baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise baggage and cargo packaging to verify suitability for transport, ensuring flight safety and the safety of personnel handling them; * Correctly handle and properly stow baggage and cargo in aircraft holds, observing internal restraint requirements and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Position ground support equipment during docking procedures to prevent collisions with the aircraft fuselage; * Service aircraft within established timeframes per service type and airport classification; * Perform pre-use checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repair to the GSE Technical Maintenance team; * Report any equipment malfunctions or irregularities during operations to supervisors. 2512070202191574722
