Assist various trades in completing construction tasks. 2\. Responsible for transportation, unloading, and organization of materials. 3\. Perform site cleaning and ensure civilized construction practices. 4\. Assist in simple installations and basic work. 5\. Use basic tools to perform auxiliary tasks. 6\. Coordinate with on-site managers according to operational demands. 7\. Strictly comply with construction safety requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** 1\. Completed high school education or a technical course in a related field; 2\. Valid Welder’s License; 3\. Proven experience in pipeline welding (carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.); 4\. Familiarity with TIG welding and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) processes; 5\. Ability to interpret piping technical drawings and isometric diagrams; 6\. Skill in weld quality control, ensuring compliance with technical standards; 7\. Experience in pressure pipeline welding (preferred); 8\. Knowledge of weld inspection and support for non-destructive testing (NDT); 9\. Ability to perform repairs and adjustments on welded joints; 10\.
