Job Summary: Maintenance Technician responsible for planning and executing daily work assignments, assisting supervisors, documenting customer requirements, and participating in safety protocols. A culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. **BASE CITY:** Gentio do Ouro\-BA. **Responsibilities:** In direct collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor, your primary tasks will be: * Plan and execute daily work assignments based on on-site work lists and schedules for all service technicians. * Understand each scope of work, read, validate, and deliver work instructions. * Assist supervisors and be responsible for verifying the availability of all required tools and parts prior to the actual workday, while performing periodic safety checks on equipment and tools that work synergistically with the Scheduler and the Stockkeeper. * Report daily field tasks to the supervisor. * Document and communicate customer requirements or requests to the site supervisor. * Actively participate in Quality, SMS, and Environmental awareness and compliance activities. * Attend daily team briefings and comply with site-specific safety protocols. **Qualifications:** As a Maintenance Technician, you must have: * Electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic experience, accompanied by a passion for further developing your skills in these fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience working in a commercial\-industrial mechanical or electrical environment, preferably with wind turbines. * Leadership skills. * SAP knowledge is an advantage. * Ability to work at heights. * Valid driver's license. **Competencies:** * A strong understanding of and commitment to the highest standards of health and safety in the workplace. * Ability to climb wind turbines and perform physically demanding tasks at height, as well as under various weather conditions. * Willingness to travel to other locations when required. * Enjoy working in teams and communicating with multiple stakeholders; you will collaborate closely with others onsite, while also connecting with the broader business. * Solution-oriented, independent, and well-organized in your work. **APPLICATIONS UNTIL 20/02** **We offer the opportunity to join the global leader in sustainable energy solutions, with appropriate training and development.
