While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore openings posted under both Bunge and Viterra. **Key Responsibilities:** * Classify grains by collecting samples from trucks and entering classification data into systems to generate specific reports, per internal procedures. * Conduct moisture, impurity, and other analyses, entering classification results via the LABS system and manual internal controls. * Store soybean samples and notify immediate supervisors of any samples falling outside the company’s predefined standards. * Monitor loading and unloading operations, verifying process progress and making adjustments as needed to meet established plans. * Operate low-to-medium complexity discharge and storage equipment. * Perform grain receiving, cleaning, moisture analysis, cooling, drying, and storage activities using appropriate equipment per operational requirements, following step-by-step procedures and ensuring products meet specified standards. * Monitor product dispatch to internal units or ports, verifying quality up to the point of shipment and upon arrival at destination. * Clean work areas, machines, and equipment, maintaining an organized, hygienic, and clean workspace. * Support and monitor maintenance services in the area, verifying required tasks and adherence to safety requirements. * Inspect grain transport vehicles to verify proper storage conditions for the type of product, ensuring freedom from chemical, physical, or biological contamination, per established standards and procedures. * Comply with Occupational Safety procedures, including participation in safety talks and training sessions, correct use of PPE, and safe handling of machinery and equipment. * Comply with Environmental and Quality standards, respecting and adhering to established protocols and technical norms. * Fulfill responsibilities within the Food Safety and Quality Management System, meeting requirements, participating in training, reporting observed issues, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Transportation Practices (GTP), Good Storage Practices (GSP), 5S, operational procedures, and the management system. * Understand and support the Food Safety and Quality Policy, as well as established KPIs. * Actively participate — if assigned to the Food Safety Team (FST) — in meetings, HACCP study reviews, training sessions, and other defined responsibilities; promote and encourage all Food Safety practices among colleagues. * Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Prerequisite Programs (PRPs) as scheduled; immediately alert leadership in case of deviations and ensure prompt corrective action. * Follow defined protocols and maintain independence during the process — not report to immediate supervisor — if responsible for sample collection for GMP+ scope analyses. * Utilize real-time online quality parameter measurement data; where such monitoring is unavailable, collect representative samples for laboratory analysis to support process control and improvement, as well as product quality assurance. **Required Experience and Knowledge:** * Education: Completed high school; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and Dental Assistance * + Meal Allowance (On-site cafeteria OR meal voucher) * Private Pension Plan (BungePrev, with employer contribution) * Life Insurance * + Transportation Allowance (Transportation voucher OR parking OR shuttle service) * Pharmacy Discount Program * Daycare Assistance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months old) * PLR — Profit and Results Sharing (Based on achievement of goals and performance outcomes) * “Count on Us” Program — Personal counseling and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters. * Partnerships with TotalPass (gyms), MMB Club (individual insurance), Dell, as well as universities and language schools. * Annual incentives, including toys and Christmas gift baskets. * Benefits may vary depending on job location.
