Responsibilities: * Support administrative activities and internal event organization. * Conduct follow-up with suppliers regarding purchase orders. * Provide administrative support to the area coordinator, including asset control and general organization. * Manage fixed contracts and create service and material procurement orders in SAP. * Support the warehouse and ensure supply to departments via reservations in SAP. * Perform physical receipt of materials and related movements in SAP (MM, WM, EWM S/4 HANA). * Execute inventory management and stocktaking tasks, including physical counts. * Monitor performance indicators and support KPI development (Power BI). * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental standards, and OEA criteria. **About Us** You’re already familiar with our brands: Huggies®, Intimus®, Poise®, Plenitud®.
