**Job Summary**
The Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of both physical and system-based inventory by performing analyses, controls, audits, and inventories. Acts as a technical reference for operational areas, providing support, proposing improvements, and ensuring data integrity within the WMS system, directly contributing to logistical efficiency and the quality of company processes.
**Responsibilities**
* Plan, control, and analyze physical and system-based inventory, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and data integrity.
* Monitor material inflows and outflows via WMS (SILT), validating discrepancies, identifying root causes, and proposing corrections.
* Support and conduct rotational and general inventories, preparing variance reports and proposing corrective action plans.
* Conduct internal audits in storage, picking, and shipping areas to ensure compliance with standards and inventory accuracy.
* Generate and analyze ABC curve reports, valuation reports, performance indicators, and inventory accuracy metrics.
* Prepare technical reports and executive presentations to support decision-making.
* Support the Quality department in standardizing processes, product master data registration, and allocation definitions.
* Interact with operational leaders, Technical Responsible personnel, and clients to resolve inconsistencies, clarify doubts, and address specific requests.
* Suggest and implement continuous improvements using methodologies such as PDCA, 5S, Kaizen, Ishikawa, and 5W2H.
* Ensure alignment with Simaslog’s culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
**Requirements**
* Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
* Proficiency in WMS systems (proven experience preferred).
* Knowledge of inventory management, ABC analysis, slotting, and inventory analysis.
* Familiarity with key quality and continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, 5S, Kaizen, Ishikawa, 5W2H).
* Ability to prepare technical reports and executive presentations.
* Emotional balance, strong communication skills, and professional demeanor to handle pressure and resolve conflicts.
