Job Summary:
Work in Electronic, Instrumentation, and/or Control Maintenance Engineering, providing technical support for electronic and instrumentation systems to operational units.
Key Highlights:

3. Conducting failure and operational risk analyses on systems.
**Description:**
Providing engineering services with emphasis on instrumentation for Fertilizer and Chemical Gas Units.
**Responsibilities:**
* Monitoring/execution of projects within the area of expertise, including new facilities, operational improvements (Retrofits), and electronic and instrumentation systems.
* Development, adaptation, and/or revision of technical specifications for electronic and instrumentation system projects.
* Conducting failure and operational risk analyses, as well as investigations of accidents and incidents involving electronic and instrumentation systems.
* Technical support for electronic and instrumentation systems to operational units.
* Field supervision of commissioning and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for electronic and instrumentation systems within the Fertilizer scope.
* Development and/or correction of procedures for field instrument calibration and/or maintenance.
**Education:**
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering – Registration with the Professional Regulatory Council (CREA);
**Experience:**
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience working in Electronic, Instrumentation, and/or Control Maintenance Engineering;
Preferred experience in instrumentation and control systems for refineries, petrochemical plants, gas processing stations, mining operations, and steel mills.
Preferred knowledge of analytical instrumentation.
**Mandatory Knowledge:**
* Knowledge of failure analysis in instrumentation and control systems;
* Ability to develop and revise technical specifications for industrial instrumentation system modernization projects, establishing solutions and recommendations for incident failures, equipment obsolescence, and modifications.
* Solid knowledge of modernization, improvement, and modification projects for Instrumentation systems.
* Knowledge of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
* Intermediate knowledge of calibration for pressure, flow, level, and temperature instruments.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Comprehensive knowledge of failure analysis techniques (e.g., Fault Tree Analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, etc.).
* Knowledge of Fire and Gas Detection Systems.
**Salary:** BRL 12,944.03 + 30% additional allowance when working in hazardous areas.
