We do not accept resumes via e\-mail or WhatsApp.** **Billing Operations Supervisor** **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out demand planning, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts and the company's operational capacity; * Supervise billing processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency in operations; * Manage taxes related to billing, ensuring correct payment and fulfillment of tax obligations; * Coordinate the issuance of cargo manifests according to legal and operational requirements; * Schedule and organize sales orders, setting priorities and delivery deadlines according to commercial strategy; * Analyze inventory reports to support decision-making and optimize logistics flow; * Apply knowledge in delivery route planning, developing vehicle and route plans focused on operational efficiency and cost reduction; * Act as a communication link between Production, Shipping, Tax, Sales, and Collections departments, promoting integration and smooth processes; * Lead a team of approximately 4 employees, monitoring individual performance, aligning goals, and ensuring achievement of the department's operational indicators. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Solid and proven experience in billing processes; * Knowledge of taxes applicable to the billing area; * Experience in issuing cargo manifests; * Familiarity with analysis of inventory reports; * Knowledge in delivery route planning, with focus on efficiency and cost reduction; * Leadership and operational team management skills; * Ability to act strategically and results-oriented; * Flexibility and availability of schedule; * Availability for travel as required by operational demands. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems. **Compensation and benefits:** * Starting salary: R$ 3\.000,00; * Chartered transportation to Mata de São Joao and Dias D'avila; * Company cafeteria. **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48, with 1-hour lunch break (Schedule may be flexible due to leadership role).
