Then this role is for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Provide technical leadership to the development team, promoting best practices in software engineering and making sound architectural decisions; * Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high\-performance fullstack web applications; * Serve as the focal point for prioritizing, tracking, and breaking down technical tasks in collaboration with business areas; * Monitor the team’s workflow to ensure visibility, predictability, and a healthy delivery rhythm; * Act as an agent for building and evolving the agile culture within the team (ceremonies, metrics, delivery cadence, continuous improvement); * Conduct technical mentoring and promote both individual and collective team growth; * Collaborate with business areas to align technical and strategic objectives; **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Solid fullstack development experience; * Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular); * Experience with Node.js (Express, NestJS); * In\-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript; * Hands\-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL); * Experience with containers (Docker) and version control (Git); * Ability to technically lead squads, participate in agile ceremonies, and contribute to organizing and prioritizing deliverables; * Strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset; * Structured experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Experience with management tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar. * Experience creating and/or maintaining RESTful APIs. **Nice\-to\-have:** * Experience with Shopify and Liquid development; * Practice with automated testing (unit, integration, and end\-to\-end); * Knowledge of CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure as code; **Additional Information** -------------------------- * Employment type: CLT * Work model: Hybrid (in\-office at our office + 2 days remote per week). **What We Offer:** * Meal and Food Allowance (CAJU Flexible Benefits): R$35.00 per working day; * Mobility Allowance (CAJU Flexible Benefits): R$330.00 per month; * Transportation Voucher; * Amil Health Insurance; * Amil Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub \- Gympass; * Fresh fruits available every Friday; * Birthday Day Off; * Discount on Caffeine Army products; * SuperCoffee Economic Size and Morning Shot \- one can per month; * SuperCoffee and Morning Shot available onsite; * Annual Bonus.
