Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key challenges as an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR I - COMPUTER GRAPHICS AND ELECTRONIC EDITING – GILBERTO GIL include:** * Serving as the primary agent for implementing our educational institutions’ pedagogical proposals, facilitating the learning process, fully delivering the course syllabus—including the scheduled number of classes—and continuously stimulating students’ interest in study, reflection, and the pursuit of new knowledge; * Appropriately utilizing available teaching materials and encouraging students to consult bibliographic resources—including books and periodicals available in the library—to foster critical and reflective learning; * Meeting all deadlines established in the academic calendar, as well as fulfilling requests made by your respective course coordinator; * Recording attendance, lesson content, academic activity outcomes, and other information related to curriculum components in the electronic gradebook within the timeframe specified in the academic calendar; * Contributing to preparatory activities for the National Student Performance Exam (ENADE); * Advising students on their final course projects; * Applying active learning methodologies and the flipped classroom model when delivering lectures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Academic qualification: **MASTER’S OR DOCTORAL DEGREE**; * Mandatory undergraduate degree/specialization: **ADVERTISING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS**; * Strong communication skills, ability to relate to students, adaptability, and flexibility; * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject area; * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams; * A current Lattes Curriculum is mandatory; outdated profiles constitute grounds for disqualification.
