Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as ASSISTANT PROFESSOR I – ADMINISTRATION – SALVADOR IMBUI PARALELA are:** * Serve as the primary agent for implementing our educational institutions’ pedagogical proposals, facilitating the learning process and fully delivering the course syllabus—including the scheduled number of classes—and continuously stimulating students’ interest in study, reflection, and the pursuit of new knowledge; * Appropriately utilize available teaching materials and encourage students to consult bibliographic resources—including books and periodicals available in the library—to foster critical and reflective learning; * Meet all deadlines established in the academic calendar, as well as fulfill requests from your respective course coordinator; * Record, via electronic gradebook, student attendance, class content, academic activity outcomes, and other information related to curriculum components within the timeframe specified in the academic calendar; * Contribute to preparatory actions for the ENADE (National Student Performance Exam); * Advise students on their undergraduate thesis or capstone projects; * Employ active learning methodologies and flipped classroom approaches in teaching. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Academic qualification: **MASTER’S OR DOCTORAL DEGREE**; * Mandatory undergraduate degree or specialization: **ADMINISTRATION**; * Strong communication skills, ability to relate to students, adaptability, and flexibility; * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject matter; * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams; * A current Lattes Curriculum is mandatory; candidates without one will be disqualified.
